1. Do chew your food adequately.
2. Do take a smaller plate or bowl for your meals.
3. Do eat raw foods, fruits and nuts more than cooked foods.
4. Do not eat flesh, avoid this as much as one can.
5. Do not eat too much soft cooked foods and dough. 6. Do not wear sunglasses unless it is medically necessary.
7. Do have a good bowel movement in the morning. And, freely pass wind without shame. Use a stool to stool properly whilst hunched, like in the olden days when toilets were flat.
8. Do sleep early, like the birds do and sleep less and wake up early.
9. Do not use aluminium ingrained deodorants and heavy chemical perfumed soaps and cosmetics.
10. Do not use toothpaste with fluoride and SLS.
11. Do Sun bathe regularly and or need be use vitamin D supplement and magnesium.
12. Do have a mineral and vitamin blood check once a year or so.
13. Do moderate food intake and eat only three quarters of one’s appetite.
14. Do walk at your own pace once a day in fresh air. 15. Do learn abdominal breathing.
16. Do set aside some time in silence or silent prayers.
17. Do wander in nature and wonder.
18. Do decreasing food intake from morning to evening.
19. Do fast on light meals or similar, once a while. 20. Do walk bare feet on earth.
21. Do not steal or take anything that does not belong to you.
22. Do try and wear the ‘jewel’ that you keep hidden in a safe for special occasions, smile often.
23. Do bathe your body once a day.
24. Do be clean. Cleanliness is next to Godliness.
25. Do watch what comes out of your mouth, i.e., words which can kill, verbal dialogue diarrhoea, which flatulence from your anus cannot.
Do not sit in meditation on an empty stomach nor a full one.
Do not attempt meditation straight after eating a full meal.
Do energize the body with deep abdominal or full breathing before meditation.
Humbly pray before meditation.
Do not take psychotropic hallucinogens whilst on the path of spirituality.
Do listen not merely hear.
Do not beat yourself up.
Do use earplugs, held loosely and not deeply in the ears.
Do use a separate room free of distractions.
Do sit in darkness.
Do watch dawn and dusk and walk in nature.
Do not attempt Kundalini Awakening.
Do set fixed time for meditation, eating, and sleeping.
Do look after your health. It is your wealth.
Be Happy and Contented with your lot.
Do not itch for more than you can reach.
